Athlete dies in fatal vehicle collision in Valle de la Pascua

A fatal traffic accident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, September 10, in Valle de la Pascua, Guárico state. Pablo Manzol, a 20-year-old athlete originally from El Tigre, Anzoátegui, died at the scene after his vehicle collided with a parked truck.

Manzol was driving a gray Toyota Terios on Manapire Avenue when he struck the rear of a white Chevrolet cargo truck that was stationary on the public road. Authorities and transit officials arrived at the scene to manage the emergency and recover the body.

Investigations are currently underway to determine the exact cause of the collision, including whether the driver lost control of the vehicle or if visibility issues contributed to the crash.
