Athletes achieve success in cycling and paratriathlon competitions

In cycling, Austrian champion Kathrin Schweinberger secured fourth place at the Dwars door de Westhoek in Belgium. Schweinberger was part of a 13-person breakaway group that maintained the lead for 73 kilometers. Despite a strong sprint, she finished just behind Shari Bossuyt. The race was marked by several crashes, including one involving Schweinberger herself.

In paratriathlon, Tina Deeken of VfL Eintracht Hannover won the German Championship title in the PTWC class during the short-distance event in Wilhelmshaven. Deeken completed the 1.5 km swim, 40 km handbike, and 10 km racing wheelchair course in 3:02:07. This marks her second German title of the season. Additionally, Uli Hoppe won the German Championship in the PTS4 class.
