Athletic competitions held in Hyères and Pont-l'Evêque

Various triathlon and duathlon events took place across France during the weekend of September 12–13, 2026.

In Hyères, the 13th edition of the Hyères Triathlon drew over 1,000 participants to the Vieux Salins beach. The event featured youth competitions as well as S and M distance races for adults. Organizers noted that the event has consistently reached capacity since moving its schedule to September.

In Pont-l'Evêque, the Vikings triathlon was converted into a duathlon due to poor water quality in the local lake. Despite the absence of the swimming portion, the event attracted nearly 1,000 runners. Cyril Bartholomé achieved a double victory, winning both the S and M formats of the competition.
