Serie D season begins with Reggina dominating Licata

The new Serie D season has commenced across various Italian groups, featuring several notable match results and debuts.

In a standout performance, Reggina secured a dominant 5-0 victory against newly promoted Licata at the Stadio Oreste Granillo. Goals from Reis, Rotulo, Abonckelet, Alma, and Rossetti sealed the win for the home side under coach Marco Marchionni. Meanwhile, Turris secured a high-scoring 4-3 victory over Martina in a dramatic match at Torre del Greco.
