Athletico-PR faces squad changes ahead of Grêmio match

Athletico-PR is preparing for their 33rd round Brasileirão match against Grêmio in Porto Alegre, facing both personnel losses and potential returns.

Forward Kevin Viveros missed training due to knee pain sustained during a recent match against Vitória. He is currently being evaluated by the medical department and remains a doubt for the upcoming game. Additionally, midfielder Jadson will serve an automatic suspension after receiving his third yellow card.

Coach Odair Hellmann may look to Portilla or Felipinho to fill the vacancy in the midfield. On a positive note, the squad could see the return of Kerwin Vargas, Dantas, and Benavídez, who are currently in the transition phase of their recovery.
