Brazil hosts diverse regional cultural and community festivals

Various Brazilian cities are hosting diverse cultural, sporting, and community events. In Atibaia, the 44th Flower and Strawberry Festival celebrates Japanese-Brazilian culture, while the Sustainable Kitchen project promotes environmental education through gastronomy.

Curitiba is hosting the 14th Winter Festival in its Historic Center, featuring local gastronomy and music, alongside the third Festival dos Bravos, which celebrates barbecue culture. The city also hosts international floorball competitions and senior games.

São Luís is celebrating its 414th anniversary throughout September with a month-long program of music, including reggae, samba, and sertanejo, and the Student Festival for local municipal schools. In Manaus, the ‘Manaus que a Gente Cuida’ program provides infrastructure, cleaning, and social services in the Tarumã neighborhood.

Other regional highlights include the Korean Flavors and Lights Festival in Indaiatuba, the Divino Inverno festival in Divinópolis, and the March for Jesus in Igarapé. Additionally, the Vamos Passear festival concludes its season in São Paulo with sports and wellness activities.
