Atizapán de Zaragoza implements AI workshops and digital classrooms

The government of Atizapán de Zaragoza, led by Mayor Pedro Rodríguez Villegas, has launched new educational initiatives focused on technology and infrastructure. The administration has delivered digital classrooms and school furniture to four campuses, benefiting 1,066 basic-level students.

Additionally, the municipal government signed a collaboration agreement with KIDTALES, an organization recognized by the Instituto Politécnico Nacional for its educational prototypes. This partnership aims to implement workshops for students, teachers, and parents to promote reading comprehension and imagination through the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools. The project will be overseen by Rodrigo Sánchez de la Peña, technical secretary of the Municipal System for the Integral Protection of Children and Adolescents (SIPINNA).
