Atlanta Braves face potential roster moves in MLB free agency

The Atlanta Braves are exploring several roster options as MLB free agency begins. Reports suggest the team could pursue a reunion with former All-Star Max Fried through a potential trade involving the New York Yankees, who may look to trade pitching depth if they sign Tarik Skubal.

Additionally, analysts predict the Braves may prioritize re-signing shortstop Mauricio Dubón to a short-term deal. Dubón, coming off a career year and a utility Gold Glove win, is projected to receive a two-year, $18 million contract. Such a move would provide defensive versatility and stability at shortstop while the organization develops internal prospects.
