Atlantis Studio reveals Troy Baker and Oscar Araujo for Nightwatch

Atlantis Studio has announced new details for its upcoming asymmetric cooperative horror game, Beyond the Dark: Nightwatch. The title is scheduled for release on October 22, 2026, for the Nintendo Switch 2.

Renowned voice actor Troy Baker, known for roles in The Last of Us and Death Stranding, will join the voice cast, though his specific character has not yet been revealed. The game's original soundtrack will be composed by Oscar Araujo, who previously worked on the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow trilogy. Araujo’s music is intended to emphasize themes of isolation and tension during exploration.

Additionally, the Kyoto-based studio Q-Games has collaborated on the animation of the Gloam, the central entity that threatens players. The game is developed using Unreal Engine 5 and features a two-player mechanic where one player explores a house in first-person while the other monitors movements via a camera network to provide tactical guidance.
