Atlas Games suspends physical product sales to Brazil

Atlas Games has indefinitely suspended direct sales of physical products to Brazil and the European Union, effective October 23, 2026. The publisher's online store has ceased accepting new orders for these territories.

According to a statement by President John Nephew, the decision stems from unexpected charges, refused or failed deliveries, and high return costs. In Brazil, the company cited unreliable shipping and instances where customs tariffs exceeded the value of the products themselves.

The suspension affects physical items such as books and accessories for lines including Ars Magica, Gloom, and Once Upon a Time. While new orders are blocked, the company stated it will continue to fulfill previous orders and crowdfunding rewards whenever possible.
