Regional sports tournaments held in Argentina and Uruguay

Various regional sports competitions are taking place across South America. In Formosa, Argentina, the fifth edition of the Copa Gildo Insfrán will feature over 130 women's football teams, promoting cultural and social integration among diverse ethnic groups.

In Uruguay, Durazno hosted the National Men's Under-19 Volleyball Championship. Centro Pelotaris de Paysandú claimed the title, followed by Carmelo Rowing Club and Sarandí Universitario. The tournament highlighted the growth of the sport, which currently boasts over 4,000 players nationwide.
