Atlético de Madrid draws massive crowds as Casa Atleti opens in Seoul

The club’s new Casa Atleti hub opened in Seoul, South Korea, drawing endless queues hours before the doors opened. Tens of thousands of fans are expected to visit the free venue over four days, where they can explore a museum of Atlético de Madrid history, gaming zones, shopping areas and food stalls.

The arrival of the Atlético squad at Seoul’s airport triggered a similar frenzy. Hundreds of Korean supporters, many wearing club shirts, greeted the team, chanting player names and seeking autographs. Forward Koke received the loudest applause, while other players such as Lookman, Hancko, Oblak and Giménez also signed for fans. The excitement is amplified by the recent signing of South Korean talent Kang‑in Lee, highlighting the club’s growing market presence in Asia.
