Atlético de Madrid: Simeone discusses squad and foundation hosts awards

Atlético de Madrid manager Diego Simeone addressed the team's return from the international break, noting that the squad is fully available for their upcoming match against Alavés. Simeone expressed concerns regarding the frequency of international breaks and the physical toll on players, emphasizing the need to protect athletes to maintain the quality of the spectacle for fans.

Separately, the Atlético de Madrid Foundation hosted the inaugural ADN Rojiblanco Awards at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano. The event, led by President Enrique Cerezo and attended by several players including Koke and Alexander Sørloth, recognized six social projects for their commitment and solidarity. Additionally, a donation was made to the Fundación Aladina to support the construction of 'Casa Aladina,' a specialized support center for children with cancer and their families in the Hortaleza district.
