Atölye Artı Mimarlık announces 1.9 billion TL hotel investment in Antalya

Atölye Artı Mimarlık is launching a major tourism investment project in the Manavgat district of Antalya, Turkey. The project, to be operated under the name ‘LRS Hotels Sorgun Akadia Elite’, is situated on a 16,668 square meter plot in the Sorkun neighborhood.

The total investment cost for the project is estimated at approximately 1.93 billion TL. Following revisions based on feedback from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the facility is planned to have a capacity of 271 rooms and 542 beds. The room distribution includes 100 standard rooms, 169 suites, and 2 rooms specifically designed for individuals with disabilities.

The 4-star facility will feature a total construction area of 40,074 square meters. Planned amenities include a 1,463 square meter restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, a spa area with a Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room, a fitness center, and multiple swimming pools, including one with slides. Additional facilities will include meeting halls, a disco, a pastry salon, and various bars.
