Atomy Türkiye provides scholarships to grandchildren of Korean War veterans
Atomy Türkiye is continuing its scholarship program to support the grandchildren of Korean War veterans, aiming to strengthen the historical ties between South Korea and Turkey through education.
As part of this four-year initiative, the South Korean company is providing a total of 650,000 TL in educational support to 12 students this year. A ceremony was held on August 6 at the Atomy Türkiye General Directorate, attended by students, association officials, and the Deputy Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Istanbul, Kyung-hee Lee.
Jae Dong Shin, General Manager of Atomy Türkiye, stated that the program aims to pass the historical bond established during the Korean War to new generations by supporting the educational journeys of veterans' descendants.
