Aton repays all outstanding convertible bonds from Iris Capital line
Aton, a life sciences and medical technology group listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has fully repaid its outstanding redeemable convertible bonds (ORA). These bonds were issued as part of a financing line with Iris Capital in 2021.
The group utilized approximately €11 million of a maximum €50 million contractual capacity to fund restructuring, development, and the acceleration of diagnostic technology deployment. Aton stated that this repayment marks a new stage in cleaning up the group's balance sheet.
The financing agreement with Iris Capital remains active, allowing Aton to make new targeted withdrawals for subsidiary development if deemed beneficial to shareholders, under the same flexible contractual conditions without exit penalties. Iris Capital remains a key shareholder in the group.
