ATR/BPN launches land service transformations across Indonesia

The Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has launched three major service transformation programs to improve land administration efficiency. These initiatives were officially inaugurated by Minister Nusron Wahid in Jakarta West to commemorate Indonesia's 81st Independence Day.

The first program, Scheduled Measurement (Pengukuran Terjadwal), has been implemented in 446 land offices across the country. This system provides citizens with a maximum seven-day waiting period for land measurement and a five-day target for completing Land Area Maps (PBT), totaling a maximum of 12 days from application to completion. The process utilizes a 'first in, first out' (FIFO) principle to ensure transparency and certainty.

The second program, Integrated Rights Transfer (Peralihan Hak Terintegrasi), aims to complete title transfer processes within a maximum of 10 working days. The third initiative involves organizational restructuring through a Region-Based Organization system, implementing new governance structures in 10 land offices to align section head positions with specific sub-districts or villages.
