Atresmedia confirms return of Marc Giró's 'Cara al show' to La Sexta

Atresmedia has decided to keep the comedy‑talk show "Cara al show" on La Sexta, promoting its comeback after a summer break. The first season aired from 21 April to 7 July, averaging a 5.4 % audience share with about 430 000 viewers. Ratings fell to 3.7 % in the penultimate episode before climbing to 8.5 % in the debut of the next series, even surpassing La 1 at launch. The network will resume the programme in September, featuring guests such as Gabriel Rufián, Yolanda Ramos, Héctor Bellerín, Pedro Almodóvar, Nacho Duato, Pablo Alborán, Antonio Orozco and Estopa. Host Marc Giró closed the promotional clip with the line “Quien ríe el último, ríe mejor.”
