Atromitos adjusts Poland friendly schedule and loses 2-1 to AE Lemesou

Greek club Atromitos announced changes to the kick‑off times of its two remaining pre‑season friendlies in Poland because of hot weather conditions. The match against Stal was moved to 17:45 local time (18:45 Greek time) on 5 August at Stadion Sportowy Nowiny, and the game versus AE Lemesou was set for 18:00 local time (19:00 Greek time) on 6 August at the same venue used for the earlier friendly against Aris Lemesou.

The following day Atromitos were defeated 2‑1 by AE Lemesou. After an early exchange of chances, AE Lemesou took the lead in the 49th minute and held on despite Atromitos equalising before halftime. The Greek side completed its Polish training camp and returned home to prepare for the new season.
