ATS Investment Group fails to raise capital in private share offering

ATS Investment Group (ATS) has completed a private share offering of 36 million shares at 10,000 VND per share, but failed to attract any investors. The offering, which aimed to raise a maximum of 360 billion VND, resulted in zero shares being distributed.

Despite the failed capital raise, the company incurred 165 million VND in advisory service fees. The intended funds were meant to finance the acquisition of a 90% stake in Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Consulting - Trading - Service JSC. Due to the lack of participation, this acquisition plan cannot proceed as originally scheduled.
