Watanabe’s culinary philosophy focuses on creating family happiness through easy, healthy meals that utilize grains and amazake while avoiding sugar and animal products like eggs and dairy. The promotional sets include various themes such as curry, veggie ramen, hot pots, chocolate sweets, and sugar-free Japanese confectionery.

Her activities, which began with home cooking classes 14 years ago, have expanded into video lessons, traveling lessons, and food education seminars.
