Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence sets fall VOD release

The fifth installment of the cult comedy franchise, ‘Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence’, is scheduled for a video-on-demand (VOD) release this fall. The film follows a theatrical release that began on August 7.

Directed by David Ferino, the plot centers on a biotech prodigy whose genetically engineered vegetable experiment spirals out of control, unleashing a new generation of killer tomatoes. The production was filmed in Southern California and features a cast including John Astin, David Koechner, Eric Roberts, Catherine Corcoran, and Dan Bakkedahl.

The VOD rollout is part of a strategic distribution partnership between Starboard Entertainment and Stonecutter Media. Executives from both companies noted that the collaboration aims to distribute edgy, over-the-top films that appeal to a worldwide fan base.
