Attack on Titan film series returns to theaters in SCREENX format

The film “Attack on Titan Part 1: Guren no Yumiya” is being re-released in the SCREENX format in Japan. To mark the occasion, voice actor Yuki Kaji, director Tetsuro Araki, and composer Hiroyuki Sawano appeared at a promotional event in Tokyo.

During the event, Kaji reflected on his role as Eren Yeager, noting that while he initially expected to voice Armin, he has since taken great pride in the character. The original manga series by Hajime Isayama has surpassed 140 million copies in circulation worldwide.

As part of the re-release, special audience benefits are being offered. For the second week of the SCREENX, 4DX, and ULTRA 4DX screenings, attendees can receive a limited-edition mini shikishi featuring character design by Kyoji Asano.
