Attica Department Stores reports 8% sales growth

Attica Department Stores reported an 8% increase in sales for the first nine months of 2026 compared to the previous year. Notably, the company achieved double-digit sales growth during the June-September period compared to the same timeframe in 2025.

During an Extraordinary General Meeting, the company highlighted progress on its 2026-2030 Strategic Development Plan. To create shareholder value, the assembly approved a share buyback program of up to 1.5 million shares over the next two years, alongside a dividend policy and a program for the free distribution of shares to board members and employees.

CEO Dimosthenis Boumis attributed the performance to customer confidence and effective strategic execution. Expansion plans include the launch of the first ‘Attica Beauty Store’ at The Mall Athens in early November, featuring niche and exclusive beauty brands. The company also plans to open five new fashion and beauty stores by 2027.
