Attica Region signs contract for Stamou Square redevelopment in Magoula

The Attica Region has signed a contract for the urban redevelopment of Stamou Square in Magoula, Elefsina. The project, which has a budget of 436,271 euros plus VAT, is expected to be completed within 20 months.

The redevelopment will include architectural and structural studies, extensive greenery, water installations, urban equipment, and electromechanical and irrigation systems. A key focus of the project is ensuring full accessibility for individuals with mobility issues and disabilities.

This initiative is part of the ‘Green Lungs for Attica’ program, a 60.4 million euro scheme implemented by the Attica Region in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Green Fund. The program involves 13 urban interventions across various municipalities in the Attica basin.
