He further stated the revocation lacked constitutionally adequate due process.

Despite the court order, tensions remain high. CNN reported that its journalists were recently barred from joining the presidential press pool on Air Force One during a trip to Tennessee. Blanche maintained that the White House routinely decides who travels on the aircraft and denied that this constituted a formal ban on access.
