Attovia Therapeutics (Nasdaq: ATTO) priced an upsized initial public offering of 17 million shares at $17 each, targeting gross proceeds of about $289 million. The offering includes a 30‑day option for underwriters to purchase an additional 2.55 million shares. Underwriters include Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets, with Goldman Sachs holding an estimated 5.7% stake.
The company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 5, 2026, opening at $21 per share and closing up roughly 28% at $21.90, giving it a market capitalization of about $904 million. Attovia, a clinical‑stage biopharmaceutical firm founded in 2023, develops next‑generation biologics for immune‑mediated diseases using its ATTOBODY platform, with candidates ATTO‑1310, ATTO‑2306 and ATTO‑1091 targeting skin and inflammatory bowel conditions. Proceeds will fund further clinical development, research, and general corporate purposes. Qiming Venture Partners, a portfolio investor, highlighted the platform’s potential to address large unmet patient needs.
