Atura to open new hotel in Oran Park near Western Sydney International Airport

Atura Hotels is set to open its fifth Australian property, Atura Oran Park, in October. Developed through a partnership between the Perich family and EVT Hotels & Resorts, the 184-room hotel is located on the site of the former Oran Park Raceway in Sydney’s southwest.

The hotel is positioned in the center of Oran Park Town, approximately 20 minutes from the new Western Sydney International (WSI) Airport. The development aims to serve a community forecast to grow to over 50,000 residents, while also catering to the millions of annual passengers expected at the new airport.

Facilities at the hotel will include contemporary guest rooms and suites, an Italian-inspired restaurant and bar, a resort-style pool and terrace, and flexible conference and event spaces. The design of the property is intended to reflect the region’s motorsport heritage and the history of the Perich family on the site.
