ATUT Wieliczka Shopping Centre Gets Building Permit Near Krakow

The ATUT shopping and service centre, to be built on the Kraków‑Wieliczka border, has received its construction permit. The two‑storey complex will offer over 15,000 m² of leasable space, house 25 retail units and provide about 380 parking spots. Investor Wieliczka ATUT, part of KG Group which operates 12 ATUT malls across Poland, secured the permit on 17 July 2026 for the building, parking, internal roads, technical infrastructure and related works.

Located beside national road 94 and a few minutes from the A4 motorway, the centre is positioned to serve more than 100,000 residents within a 15‑minute drive, including inhabitants of Wieliczka, Niepołomice and southern districts of Kraków such as Bieżanowa‑Prokocimia. A municipal bus stop is also planned to improve access for non‑car users. Construction start dates have not yet been announced.
