Atwar Real Estate Asset Management expands into Egypt

Atwar Real Estate Asset Management has announced its entry into the Egyptian market, marking a new phase in its regional expansion strategy. Founded in Saudi Arabia in 2009, the company brings approximately 17 years of experience in managing and operating various types of real estate assets.

Mohammed bin Aidrous Babrik, Chairman of Atwar, stated that the company’s business model focuses on studying the potential of a property to develop integrated operational plans tailored to the owner's investment goals. Their services include the management of commercial centers, malls, residential buildings, and administrative offices. The company also specializes in repurposing assets into more market-appropriate formats, such as converting properties into hotel, administrative, or commercial assets.

In Egypt, Atwar intends to operate across multiple regions, including Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, the New Administrative Capital, and the North Coast. The company currently maintains a network of branches in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Sana'a, Yemen; and Cairo, Egypt.
