Aubrey Plaza sells Los Angeles marital home at a loss

Actress Aubrey Plaza has sold her Spanish-style Los Feliz compound in Los Angeles for $4.375 million. The sale, which closed on a Friday, represents a loss compared to the $4.7 million the property was purchased for in October 2022.

Plaza originally listed the 4,064-square-foot residence in September 2025 for $6.5 million, approximately eight months after the death of her husband, Jeff Baena. The property underwent several price reductions throughout its time on the market, including a relisting at $5.29 million in May after a previous deal fell through.

The historic 1928 home features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, stained glass windows, and a swimming pool. The sale follows the recent news that Plaza welcomed her first child with actor Christopher Abbott.
