Auburn Tigers split exhibition doubleheader against KK Mega Superbet

The Auburn Tigers men's basketball team split a doubleheader against the Serbian professional club KK Mega Superbet during an exhibition trip in Mykonos, Greece. Auburn won the first matchup 92-71 but lost the second game 70-68.

In the second game, head coach Steven Pearl limited the playing time of top guards Tahaad Pettiford and Kevin Overton to manage roster depth. Despite the decision, Auburn mounted a late comeback in the fourth quarter to close a nine-point deficit. A last-second three-point attempt by Caleb Williams missed, securing the win for KK Mega Superbet.

Individual performances for Auburn included Bukky Oboye with 17 points, Adam Olsen with 14 points, and Thomas Dowd, who recorded 18 rebounds. Coach Pearl noted that while the lack of depth was evident, the trip provided valuable experience and the team remained injury-free.
