Auburn volleyball defeats Florida State 3-1

Auburn volleyball defeated Florida State 3-1 in the SEC/ACC Showdown at the Net held at Tully Gymnasium. The Tigers secured the victory with set scores of 25-18, 25-18, 16-25, and 25-18.

Auburn's offense was bolstered by Belle Patrick, who led the attack with 14 kills, and Carson Eickenloff, who recorded a career-first double-double with 20 assists and 10 digs. Other notable performances included Grace Havlicek and Kate Mansfield, who both recorded eight kills, and Anastasija Ivkovic, who achieved a career-high nine kills.

Florida State's effort was led by senior Kyleene Filimaua, who recorded 14 kills, three aces, nine digs, and two blocks. Despite a strong third-set performance by the Seminoles to force a fourth set, Auburn maintained control to close out the match.
