Auddas to introduce Nervoteste at G4 Valley 2026

Consultancy firm Auddas will present the ‘Nervoteste’ at the G4 Valley 2026 event, held from October 29 to 31 at the São Paulo Expo. The initiative features a reflex and concentration challenge designed to simulate high-pressure business scenarios.

The challenge aims to address a common issue in small and medium-sized enterprises: excessive owner dependency on operational decisions, approvals, and problem-solving. According to Auddas, this dependency affects more than 73% of the companies they serve, even those with established teams.

During the test, participants must respond to business-related questions under a 10-second timer. Results will be tracked on a real-time leaderboard, with daily winners receiving smartwatches and other participants eligible for various executive gifts. Following the test, specialists will be available to discuss management reorganization and professionalizing operational structures.
