Audi unveils A2 e-tron electric car at 2026 Paris Motor Show

Audi announced that the long‑awaited A2 e‑tron will be officially presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026. The new model revives the compact A2 as a fully electric vehicle, retaining the original’s silhouette while incorporating modern aerodynamics and lightweight construction.

The A2 e‑tron is equipped with a 190 kW (190 hp) motor, a 61 kWh lithium‑iron‑phosphate (LFP) battery and bidirectional charging capability. Audi highlighted an aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.24 cₓ, silicon‑carbide power semiconductors, magnesium 14‑inch wheels and a low‑friction transmission with a 10.2:1 final‑drive ratio. Official WLTP figures show energy consumption of 12.8 kWh per 100 km, making it the most efficient Audi ever produced.
