Audi Connect platform launches in Brazil with AI-driven digital features

Audi Brazil unveiled its global Audi Connect platform at the Audi Experience Center in São Paulo, partnering with e‑commerce retailer KaBuM!. The service, accessed through the myAudi app for Android and iOS, adds more than 30 new functions to premium models such as the A5, Q5, SQ5, Q6 e‑tron, Q6 Sportback e‑tron and SQ6 Sportback e‑tron.

Key capabilities include remote climate control, battery status, door lock/unlock, a digital key that lets owners open, lock and start the car via smartphone, and real‑time traffic navigation with high‑definition 3‑D maps. An AI voice assistant powered by ChatGPT enables natural‑language interaction, while an integrated app store provides streaming, video and gaming services. OTA updates, emergency SOS calls and electric‑vehicle route planning round out the offering. Licensing options range from lifetime access to three‑ or ten‑year periods, reflecting Audi’s shift toward software‑defined vehicles in the Brazilian market.
