Audi India offers free roadside assistance in Delhi-NCR due to heavy rains

Audi India has launched a complimentary 24/7 roadside assistance (RSA) service for customers in the Delhi-NCR region following heavy monsoon rains and significant waterlogging. The initiative is designed to support motorists facing vehicle troubles caused by the extreme weather conditions.

The service includes on-site repairs, fuel delivery, spare key assistance, and provisions for travel or accommodation where necessary. Additionally, Audi will provide custody, transportation, storage, and safekeeping for affected vehicles.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director at Audi India, stated that the company is monitoring conditions in other cities and may extend similar support if needed. The decision follows a period of intense rainfall in the region, including 127mm of rain recorded in Delhi during the first week of August.
