Audi India Plans New Q3, A5 and Q9 Launches to Double Luxury Market Share
Audi India announced a three‑model product offensive aimed at doubling its share of the Indian luxury‑car market from about 8% to roughly 15‑16% within three years. The rollout will begin with the third‑generation Q3 SUV during the 2026 festive season, followed by the all‑new A5 sedan in early 2027 and the flagship Q9 SUV by the second half of 2027, with local assembly under evaluation for the Q9. To support the new models, Audi will expand its dealership network by more than 25%, targeting 40 showrooms across Tier‑II and Tier‑III cities by the end of 2027, and will train over 2,500 sales and service professionals. Brand Director Balbir Singh Dhillon said the strategy focuses on offering greater choice, strengthening the ownership experience and increasing repeat‑customer sales.
