Audi launches 987‑hp Nuvolari hybrid supercar; Bentley unveils 500 kW Flying Spur S

Audi revealed the Nuvolari, a limited‑edition hybrid supercar named after racing legend Tazio Nuvolari. It combines a 4.0‑liter twin‑turbo V8 borrowed from Lamborghini with three axial‑flux electric motors for a total output of 987 hp (1,001 PS). The car accelerates to 62 mph in 2.6 seconds and can exceed 217 mph. Its carbon‑fiber body, titanium paint, and deployable rear wing showcase Audi’s new design language. Only 499 units will be built, with deliveries slated for early 2027 and a price around €600 000.

Bentley introduced the 2026 Flying Spur S, a performance‑focused luxury sedan powered by a high‑performance hybrid V8 delivering 680 PS (500 kW) and 930 Nm of torque. The sedan reaches 0‑100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and tops out at 191 mph, aided by an active chassis, electronically limited‑slip differential and a new single‑headlamp front end. Interior upgrades include a 21‑speaker Naim audio system and five bespoke seat styles. Pricing details remain to be announced.
