Audi launches all‑new Q5 in Ecuador and starts production of limited‑edition Nuvolari supercar

Audi introduced the third‑generation All New Q5 in Ecuador, offering SUV and Sportback versions priced from $66,490. The models use the new Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) and a Mild‑Hybrid Plus system, feature Matrix LED lighting, a Digital Stage cockpit and a range of driver‑assistance technologies.

At the same time, Audi began serial production of the Nuvolari, a limited‑run hybrid supercar capped at 499 units. The car combines a 4.0‑litre V8 twin‑turbo engine with three axial‑flow electric motors, delivering 736 kW (1,001 hp). It accelerates from 0‑100 km/h in 2.6 seconds, tops out at 350 km/h, and is being tested on tracks such as Germany’s Nürburgring and Italy’s Nardò circuit.
