Audi launches limited‑edition Nuvolari supercar with 1,001 hp

Audi unveiled the Nuvolari, a hyper‑exclusive supercar limited to 499 units and priced at €600,000. The car uses a 4‑litre V8 plug‑in hybrid powertrain derived from the Lamborghini Temerarìo, boosted by two turbochargers, three electric motors and a predictive quattro all‑wheel‑drive system, delivering a total output of 1,001 horsepower and 2,000 Nm of torque.

Performance figures include a 0‑to‑100 km/h sprint in 2.6 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h. Its chassis features carbon‑fiber bodywork, an Audi Space Frame sub‑structure, titanium paint, active aerodynamics and large carbon‑ceramic brakes. The Nuvolari was tested on the Nürburgring circuit, confirming its track capability.

The model also pays tribute to racing legend Tazio Nuvolari, with interior styling cues referencing 1930s Grand Prix cars and a name that echoes Audi’s historic racing heritage.
