Audi Marissa files for divorce from Anthony Xie

Audi Marissa has officially filed for divorce from Anthony Xie at the South Jakarta District Court. The lawsuit was registered on August 11, 2026, through her legal counsel.

Richard Edwin Basuki, spokesperson for the South Jakarta District Court, confirmed the filing. He noted that because the couple was married under Christian rites, the case is being handled by the General Court. Currently, the lawsuit focuses on the divorce itself; the spokesperson stated that claims regarding child custody and the division of assets have not been included in the initial filing but may be addressed during subsequent proceedings.

The first court hearing, which will include a mediation session, is scheduled for September 3, 2026. The court expects both parties to attend the initial session to facilitate the mediation process.
