Audi Nuvolari supercar unveiled with 1,001 hp hybrid power and 499‑unit limit

Audi introduced the Nuvolari, a limited‑production plug‑in‑hybrid supercar built on a carbon‑fiber body and a V8 4.0‑litre twin‑turbo engine paired with three electric motors. The combined output reaches 1,001 hp (740 kW), propelling the car from 0‑100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and topping out at more than 350 km/h.

The vehicle features active aerodynamics, quattro predictive ride for torque vectoring, and an interior that blends minimalist luxury with Formula‑1‑derived controls. Production is capped at 499 units with an estimated price around €600,000, and deliveries are slated for the first half of 2027.

The Nuvolari was unveiled on the streets of Monaco, where drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto demonstrated its performance. It serves as the flagship of Audi’s new design language and technology direction ahead of the brand’s entry into Formula 1 in 2026, showcasing high‑performance hybrid technology as a future‑oriented showcase for the marque.
