Audi launches third generation of Q7 SUV

Audi is launching the third generation of its Q7 SUV, scheduled for release this autumn. The new model benefits from technical and qualitative synergies with the upcoming flagship Q9, which shares the same platform.

Initial offerings include 3.0-liter V6 diesel mild-hybrid engines with 245 PS or 299 PS. Pricing for the new generation starts at approximately 87,900 euros, with higher-performance versions and future plug-in hybrids and gasoline engines expected to follow.

The updated SUV features a redesigned exterior with a prominent grille and advanced lighting technologies, including optional Digital Matrix LED headlights and third-generation digital OLED taillights. Inside, the cabin emphasizes luxury and high-quality materials, moving away from traditional leather toward options like alpaca fabric. The interior is characterized by a digital cockpit with up to three screens extending to the passenger side and a significant reduction in physical haptic switches.
