Audi expands luxury SUV lineup with new Q7 and Q9 models
Audi is expanding its luxury SUV lineup with the introduction of the third-generation Q7 and the debut of the Q9, the largest SUV in the brand's history.
The new Q7 is scheduled to enter the market in September 2026, with starting prices around 87,900 euros. Initial models will feature a 3.0-liter V6 mild-hybrid diesel engine, with gasoline and plug-in hybrid variants expected to follow. The interior offers high levels of customization, including options for six or seven seats and sustainable alpaca fabric upholstery.
Simultaneously, the Audi Q9 arrives as a new flagship model designed to compete in the highest luxury segment against rivals like the BMW X7 and Mercedes GLS. Measuring 5.31 meters in length, the Q9 features advanced technology such as digital OLED taillights and a highly modular interior that can be configured with business-class style seating. The Q9 is positioned to target major markets including the United States, China, and the Middle East.
