Audi S6 Avant e-tron Performance prototype spotted testing
A camouflaged prototype of the Audi S6 Avant e-tron Performance has been spotted testing at the Nürburgring. This development follows previous reports that high-performance electric wagon projects had been sidelined due to lower-than-expected market demand for expensive electric models.
The prototype features a more aggressive body kit compared to the standard S6 e-tron, including redesigned bumper air intakes, a more prominent front splitter, and a reprofiled rear roof spoiler. The vehicle also sports a larger rear diffuser and side skirts. While the model may not carry the full RS designation, it is expected to serve as a high-performance electric alternative within Audi's lineup, utilizing the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture.
