Audi to unveil third‑generation Q7 SUV in summer 2026

Audi announced that the third generation of its Q7 full‑size SUV will be presented in the summer of 2026, marking more than two decades since the model’s introduction. The new Q7 will feature a radically redesigned interior, a more muscular exterior styling, advanced digital interfaces and updated driver‑assist systems. While technical specifications remain unrevealed, Audi said the model will include higher‑power hybrid or plug‑in‑hybrid powertrains with electric ranges expected to exceed 100 km, improving on the current generation’s limitations. The launch is part of a broader line‑up refresh that also previews the forthcoming Q9, slated for an official debut on 29 July 2026, expanding Audi’s premium SUV offering to three top‑tier models.

The rollout aims to reinforce Audi’s position in the competitive luxury SUV market against rivals such as the Mercedes GLS and BMW X7, while continuing the brand’s gradual shift toward greater electrification.
