Audi unveils Nuvolari hybrid hypercar

Audi has announced the development of the Nuvolari, a hybrid hypercar that transitioned from initial sketches to a road-ready prototype in just 405 days. The vehicle features a V8 biturbo engine combined with three electric motors, producing a total system output of 1,001 PS (736 kW).

Technical specifications include a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 2.6 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h. The car utilizes an aluminum chassis and a full carbon fiber body, resulting in a dry weight of approximately 1,730 kg. It is powered by a 7.3 kWh battery designed for short bursts of additional power.

Production will be strictly limited to 499 units worldwide. The world premiere is scheduled for June 4, 2026, in Antibes, with a road debut at the Monaco Grand Prix. Testing was conducted across Europe, involving Audi Revolut F1 Team drivers Gabriel Bortoleto and Nico Hülkenberg. While official pricing has not been released, industry reports suggest a price point of approximately 590,000 euros.
