Audio software updates: SSL plugin sale and Nolvra free release

Several updates have been announced regarding audio production software and plugins. Solid State Logic’s Native X-Echo is currently available at Plugin Boutique for $15, representing an 84% discount until 31 August. The plugin is designed to emulate vintage tape delay hardware from the 1960s, featuring controls for wow and flutter, saturation, and four switchable tape heads. It includes a built-in de-esser and waveform visualization.

Additionally, Nolvra has released a free character plugin named RELIC. The software allows users to apply tape, vinyl, VHS, and radio effects through a single AGE macro. Unlike many single-medium plugins, RELIC utilizes four separate processes to simulate different media characteristics. The plugin is available for Windows and macOS in VST3 and AU formats.
