Augmont Enterprises launches Rs 825 crore gold and silver IPO

Augmont Enterprises, an integrated gold and silver platform, has launched its initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 825 crore through a combination of fresh issues and an offer for sale (OFS). The company operates as a B2B precious metals business, managing various segments of the value chain including procurement, refining, bullion trading, digital gold, and jewellery manufacturing.

The IPO price band is set between Rs 750 and Rs 788 per share. The company has already secured Rs 246.3 crore from anchor investors, including Nomura, HDFC Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, Tata MF, Jupiter India Fund, Trust MF, Jupiter Global Fund, Edelweiss Life Insurance Company, 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management, and Societe Generale.

Financial reports indicate significant revenue growth for the company, rising from ₹34,921 crore in FY24 to a projected ₹94,186 crore in FY26. While Grey Market Premium (GMP) indicators suggest potential listing gains, these remain unofficial and volatile.
